Privacy
This notice applies to the CANHOME marketplace site canhome.eu. The linked shop and Matrix service have separate data flows.
Controller
Hans-Jochen Dethlefs, Neptunring 2, 16321 Bernau bei Berlin, Germany. Contact: kontakt@canhome.shop.
Visiting the website
The web server processes technical connection data when you visit, such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser identifier and response status. Server logs support operation, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is removed when no longer needed for those purposes; technical backups and legal duties may affect retention.
Public shop cards
The homepage requests a list of actually published shops from canhome.shop. Its server receives technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time and requested URL. The request sends no sign-in credentials or cookies to the shop service. Existing marketplace links remain usable if the list is unavailable.
Email contact
If you email us, we process your address and message to handle and answer it. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to pre-contract enquiries; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies. Messages are kept only while needed for handling or legal retention.
Display settings and external links
The language choice is part of the page address. This browser stores the colour choice and shop override locally. When the shop override is enabled, canhome.shop sets a display cookie for canhome.shop and its subdomains for up to one year. No analytics or advertising services load on this page. External links open separate sites with their own data processing.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact kontakt@canhome.shop. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
